Bubble Bling!

Well, they said "Bling It On" over at the Lollipop Crafts Challenge and I thought - I can do bling - I printed my image quite some time ago and just never seemed to get around to coloring or using it!  So....this was perfect!  Of course, who does it remind you of - my sister and her infamous "tubbies".  This is the epitomy of my sis!  The bling and the tubby!  She likes to do everything to the "ninth" degree!  That's my sis!  I'm more of the simple - fly by the seat of my pants kinda of a gal!    
Enough ramb;ing - this challenge of the week is "Bling it On".  Now you can do that in so many ways - All ya' gotta do is try!  Our ever so generous sponsor:
