Blue Fairy

This is my first Michelle Perkins submission.  I found her website and decided to join in - she was kind enough to give a freebie to get started!  Use the hyper link below to check out her website.  I decided to make her all blue - for blue monochromatic challenge.  I decided to take on the gatefold card from Tuesday Morning sketches.  I do like the way she came out and the card - I've not been one much for lace but have some and will be running to Joanns/Michaels to pick up a few more - i'm having fun with lace - ribbon is another story - yikes!! Well - I hope you enjoy my card - I do like it myself!
