Another Peachy Keen challenge along with the baseball theme from Bitten by the Bug 2. I thought what the heck - combine them - I love the peachy keen faces and I love my cricut! This is fairly simple but I'm happy with how it came out - the diamond is from Sportsmania, the guy is from Paperdolls (one of my all time favs and a must have). The grass from Fiskars and that's it!
Here's the sketch from Peachy :

Design Team Call - Howdy
Well, I absolutely love "The Pink Stamper" and she's holding a design team call - I'd so love to play along on her blog! The challenge is to use Orange (my background and My boy's hair), Turquoise (the pants, bandana and horshoe), green (my boy's shirt) and brown - well, lotsa brown! I used the Paper Doll Dress up - that is one of my all time favs! oh and the Howdy is from Old West! I love my cricut - I still have a bug and an Imagine! I used my Peachy Keen stamps for their faces and inked up a little to give depth and that's it! Win or lose - I enjoyed making this book - oh yea, by the way - it's a journal type book with a blue rubber band type closure! Thanks for popping in and leave a little lovin'!

Let's Play
Peachy Keen is too fun! What is it about those faces that just make you fall in love every time! It's kinda' like when you see googlie eyes - don't you grin every time!?!? I do! Well, this is the same! This jelly fish is mischievous and wants to play - So,..the sentiment is "Let's Play" with stickers! I used my nesties and my sizzix for the flourishes! I so hope you like her! She's ready to play - how about you? Go play! Get out those stamps and play! Oh and fire up the cricut!

Thanks Big Time!
It's still a big Thanks! I had made these for "stamp" night with the girls! I cut 12 of 'em. They assemble and stamp them - I just cut things up and put them in bags for the girls! This is my project for next week so...I thought - why not bang out the "peachy keen' challenge. You just gotta love these! This is the set I won - wide eyed children! Aren't they ever so cute! Everytime I get a new one - it's my new favorite! I'm fickle that way! I used my doodlecharms cartridge to cut this apple and Create a Critter for the worm. I think it has a teacher flare but it's fun! I made all those other teacher cards for my daughter to take today - last day of school and guess what - YUP! You got it- she left them in her Dad's truck! So...I got 5 or 6 thank you teacher cards! Oh well!!! That's Life! Anyway - I so hope you like my card! and...I hope the girls like it also!

Just Because
This is a fox from Create A Critter (definitely a fav of mine). I used my Peachy Keen med size animal stamps for his face - I did stamp the eyes separately - his face was too far apart to do them together- I left his Cricut mouth! The Just because if from my imagine cartridge - the leaves from Stampin Up - Bird punch. I wasn't sure I was gonna' enjoy this challenge- but....I did and I am happy with how he came out! The Fuzzy Wuzzy challenge was a picture of a fox in the woods! I thought this fit perfectly!! Thanks as always for popping by and leave a comment - or suggestion!! I'm always open!! Challenge

Let's Face It Flowers!

This is another Peachy Keen challenge - I am so in love with their face stamps! It's like an addict - once you try it - you're hooked! They just make you smile when you see them. The flower Power challenge over at Peachy Keen Let's Face it Friday was so hippie like that I thought I'd throw the silly faces with the colors from that era. I was a child during the 70s - I remember being so excited because I got the orange, pink and green floral bed set - A corner group WITH a stereo!! Was I too cool or WHAT!?!?!? Any way - those were fun days! Sorry - I used my Picturesque for the flowers and stems and my lace Martha Stewart punch for the top and bottom border and a random ribbon! and BAM!

Blingy Bunny!
Well, the challenge was "bling"....so I decided to make my bunny blingy for the Peachy Keen challenge and the bunny in lieu of the birthday bash bunny! I don't have that cart - though I would so love to ..... I don't! It's "on the list". Anyway-I cut out the bunny and his friend the carrot and decided to put a face on the carrot. The sentiment inside says "Easter Greetings" and on the outside - simply "eggs". That's a big part of the tradition at our house. Unfortunately, our kids are all getting older - our youngest is gonna be 10 in June! Not much of a baby - but....what memories, we have made with the "bunny" and "eggs". It's not the reason for the season but it's what brings out the child in all of us! Hope you enjoy my card.

Raggedy Ann love
Is Peachy Keen the absolutely best or what??? I combined the stamps with PaperDoll Dress Up Doll and my imagine for the heart border and I'm loving this little girl - I wasn't sure of a sentiment and sometimes I just put one - but this time - I decided to hold off - the heart border i printed / cut was a bit long so the last heart I stuck in her hand. Fun and Cute. This weekend I'm hoping to be loving on my imagine!

The Magic Show!
I decided to participate in a scrapbook layout challenge at Amanda's Crafts. Well, I need to figure out how to take the pictures of the larger images. This is actually only one page of a 2 page layout - I'm a bit behind on my scrapping and this is for my daughters birthday last year. We have a fantastic magician here in town and we loved his show. So....the other page has his lovely assistant in her glittery dresses. I used the peachy keen faces for both - I do like how this came out - can't wait til I get to those pages - in fact, this has inspired me to stop making cards today and scrap!!! Thanks ladies!

Thank you!
\I have so been showing my Cricut some love!! I made this girl on country life and deleted the face it normally cuts and added my peachy keen face. It's so much more "real" looking. I think she came out cute - not sure what the sentiment is going to be - I'm always thanking someone/clients etc.I'll wait 'til I decide where/who it's going to. It's simple - the sketch is from Tuesday Morning Sketches and Let's face it Friday! Thank you!!!
