Valentines

Well, this is the highlight of the week at Lollipop Crafts Challenge Blog!!  Yay, Meljens is our ever so generous sponsor!  I used this Meljen's image for my Valentine's day card!  i bought these cards in the clearance bin at Michaels - 8 cards for $.50 - yup - that's right - half a dollar!  Anyway, on to my card!  I'm on this scraps kick so I used scrap glitter paper to make the embellies and or they were negatives - I cut the hearts with my Creative Memories cutter (yes I love my CM cutting system still).  You ought to check out the Meljen's website - they are awesome - I love their images they are just too fun to play with!!

Now join in - you only have a week and it'll be gone before you know it!!  Now head over to Lollipop Crafts Challenge Blog and play!

Cool!

Tickled Pink - this time it's not so tickled and not so pink!  I used the teals/blues family with a little ticket!  This guy is so melancholy looking - but is seriously into this music thing!  So...what he's trying to say is "you make my heart sing"!  I used Recollections paperwork, EK Success punch to make a border and some ribbon and pearls!  The challenge this week at Tickled Pink is a sketch.  I really liked the sketch - it was simple enough to be interesting and I could use my supplies here to make it! I'm just going to town with my Creative Memories cutter - i don't have my beloved cuttlebug and thought i'd be lost!  Well, I kinda' am but making do with what I have at hand!  Hope you like this one - He's definitely COOL!

Home

Mo's got some of the cutest digis!  She's a new company for me and I'm enjoying it!  I decided to make this shaped card with my Creative Memories cutting system.  I'm still in Children's Hospital in Fresno with my little one and thought I'd add this to the collection I've been cranking out!  I haven't had internet access to anything but emails until now - I'm connecting to the BF's Droid for internet!  It's a bit slow but it's working!  I cut the base with the larger cutter and the pattern paper with the next size down - simple!  The oval cutter was used on the image that I colored with my copics and added a tag onto the card - it says home!  This girlie is ready to cook at home with her momma!  My little one and I have recently started that- it helps to get her to eat different things - She's picking the recipes!  Fun, eh??

Smile

Smile!  Is that one of the best sentiments ever.  I actually had a tag without a hole - so that wouldn't be a charm - but I changed it and punched a hole with my Crop-a-dile and made it a charm.  It's perfect for this pink icecream eating diva!  Kenny K has the best images.  I'm thinking i'm gonna get me some more.  There are way too many great ones - so many digis - so little time!!

Vacation - Camping!

The challenge - vacation - seems to be becoming a popular subject.  We love to go camping - not necessarily a cabin but camping.  I think these little prairie girls are perfect for this .  I combined some bling and a recipe from Claudia & Co to make a fun card.  This is a digi from Pixie Dust and the paper is all DCWV.

Simply Delightful

What a delightful inspiration @ delightful inspiration.  She was a freebie for participating.  Well, I can do that!!  I combined 3 challenges - Delightful Inspiration, Crafting with Deedee's Digis (which I promise to use her digi next time) and Critter Sketch.  It was pinks and reds and with the exception of a smidget of gray = it's all pink and red!!  I like her - She's chomping on a heart - but we still mention love below, eh?? The love is on an old wooden heart - the other side has a design i don't like - so I put on some pink letters and some faux stitching and I like the heart!  Thanks for popping in!!

Sparkle Baby Sparkle!!

Sparkle Time Baby!!  I love this stamp - funny - I don't use a lot of rubber stamps - I love em - just lately haven't been using them.  I loved the sketch from Crafting with DeeDee's Digis.  I did print out a bunch of her digis - just trying to get through once I've already stamped - Still trying to knock out the Xmas cards as long as I'm on a roll.  I have maybe 6or 7 more.  This was a real cute sketch - I used a little of everything - it's a 5 x 5 in card.  I like using the different sizes/shapes - I just get in a rut sometimes!!!
