Sew Many Cards Challenge Blog is at it once again!  This week - it's use ....OVALS...that's right OVALS....OVALS....OVALS

I decided to fussy cut my image from Sew Many Cards which you can by clicking on the hyper link anywhere it says Sew Many Cards! Well, It's Purple Time at Karen's Doodles Challenge.  I used these lovely ladies from Karen's Doodles .  Are they two of the spunkiest women, or what??  I love them especially in purple!  I wasn't thinking of doing the purple challenge but I hadn't participated in Karen's challenge in a couple of weeks and thought - Why not!!!  So.....here they are in all their purple glory!

Well, the challenge at Kenny K's Krafty Girlz is "White on White".  I haven't done that in a while - I do love it - it's a cool look - at first I thought - no color?? What are they thinking - but it's a great look!  I so love his digis, they are too fun!  I thought I'd use this retro lady!  I can't remember her name - she's definitely one of Kenny's girlz!  Definitely go check out his images at Kenny K's Downloads and remember as many do - He offers a freebie every month for you to give it a whirl - so What are you waiting for!  Go try it out and submit a project - I'm up for the competition!  I don't win too often over there - but I love doing it!  He's so fair - he does the random,org thing - I'll get it - the odds have got to be turning the tide!  LOL!

Simply happy birthday

As you already know - I just love Simply Betty Stamps - there's something kinda' ghoulish, yet naughty about them - I was actually gonna use the bat in the stamp - but forgot - it's sitting on the counter!  Oh well, this is the crickety fence from "paperdoll dress up" cartridge for my cricut!  I thought it was perfect - I was lazy and didn't wanna get out the "haunt cartridge".  I just got a sizzix flourish die - LOVE IT!!!  I haven't bot anything sizzix for quite some time - i love my Spellbinders but hadn't found the right mix like this one - 3 dies and 4 flourishes!  Perfection!  Anyway- I colored her kinda snappy - stayed with the browns/yellow and oranges on the rest.  Always kinda fun to use a pop of color!  Love the neutrals!  I hope you enjoy my card as much as I enjoyed making it!

Bugalicious!

 

This is a paper piecing project!  My lady bugs and my flower is pieced with some paper I printed!  I love paper piecing- I think it's just loads of fun!  I used the nesties and some blingy paper!  I went simple and went crazy with the mating!  I was debating on a sentiment - well, Bugalicious came to mind!  The bling on this paper is too fun!  The sentiment is on the Stampin up label and word window!  Too fun - this monkey and bugs are too cute!
