Christmas Time

Anything but a Card from Lollipop Challenges and Robyn's Fetish!  What a team, eh??  I used this little train around the Christmas tree - how traditional is that??  Anyway, you are supposed to "Anything but a card".   I chose to do this little bag I cut on my Cricut!  Is he too cute!  He's pulling his treasures in for Christmas!  I didn't use the handles that normally come on this cut!  This is from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More Cartridge - the best ever by the way!  I added a ticket and a green bow!  Oh and on the top of the tree is a rhinestone star!  Every Christmas tree either needs a star or an Angel!  Mine has an angel!  It's one my Momma made me!  Anyway, head on over to the Lollipop Challenge Blog and check out what my teammates have come up with - it's rockin' round the clock baby!  and....get your submission in!  What will you make??  I thought of a box, bag, book marker - the ideas are endless!  So show me!  You have until next week and remember you could win some of Robyn's fabulous images! Yee Haw!! No Squares!

Crafty Creations has a rootin' tootin' challenge this week! Boo!

This was just a blast to make - I cut a box for a Halloween treat on my Cricut and used the Christian image from Simply Betty images - I just love her work! The new challenges are a Halloween treat box/bag and make something Halloweeney!!?!?   There are some new ones just come out and I love every one of them.  This was in my stash so I thought I'd use it!  I cut the little hat from my cricut also.  This pizza box was just so simple - especially on the cricut! So....starting to get ready for Halloween now - last year I made 50 bags - this year - hmmmmm.....maybe some boxes and bags - well, it's on and thanks to Betty - I'm getting started!!!!!!

I thought I'd do a quick inchie!  I made the little purse a while ago and printed the berry - I thought it would be cute with a little candy for a simple thank you type gift!  Tiddlyinks had a challenge - use "inchies" and it intrigued me - given more time I think I'll do another one - whatever the next challenge is - I will try to incorporate "inchies!"

Hello Friend

Ok - you know how I sometimes love stuff!!  This one I love!!  As a matter of fact, it's a friends birthday today and I'm gonna put a small gift inside this little purse!  I just love the Tickled Pink digis!  She's got the sweetest and funnest stuff!!  This purse I cut from my beloved Cricut with the TBBM cart!  A must have (if you can find 'em - they retired it!) and decorated it with all scraps and a couple random stickers!!  The yellow corrugated has been in my stash for probably 2 years!  Anyway - Hope you enjoy - because I love her - Oh !!  I even used my "diamond glaze" on the magnifying glass in her pocket!!  Tee hee!  Enjoy and as always thanks for stopping by!

Ok - now it's time for another challenge at Crafty Creations Challenges.  and as you might guess it -  It's anything but a card!  Well, I'll admit it - I started to make a card!  But - being the incredibly flexible crafter (bwahahaha!) I cut a box on my cricut and attached it - it's now a box to give saying "Merci"!!  Tee Hee!  I love these images from:

Smile!

One who smiles rather than rages is always the stronger!  Well, that would be a great lesson learned or practiced!   There are so many situations that this could apply to - simply put - I imagine this little girl is so frustrated with this toy but instead of raging - she's smiling just dragging it behind her!  So....the lesson to be learned!  This is a Sassy Cheryl's image and her challenge - Sassy Cheryl's Digi Stamps Challenge is a tag, box or gift card!  Well, lately - I'm so into boxes and - book markers!  I know you remember that!  Now - she's got some freebie to try out - go check out her stamps and play along - there are so many box, tags, etc that you could make!  This one is actually made with an oldie but a goodie!  Tags, Boxes, etc etc.  One of my favorite Cricut carts!  It's also one of my first ones!  I'm having fun with this cart and I so love combining my digis with my cricut!  They make such a great combo!  Anyway - hope you enjoy her -I do!  Now what do I stuff her with - She's the crayon type box - so.......thinking thinking - well, too late to think - it's midnight - so....tomorrow I'll put "think" on my To Do List!  Good night!

A Gift Box

I so love Tickled Pink Stamps and I loved this challenge - this is a box I cut with my Cricut on Tags, Boxes, etc.  cartridge  I wanted to make something other than a card!  This was cut using a pattern paper and a gingham and a scrap as a mat and then my image cut with my nestabilities - I went simple with a bow on top and on the side!  The cricut cut has holes for a handle like a box so I decided to tie a bow.   I colored her with m Copics of course and added a few little colored bubbles - they were the same color as the box itself and so I thought - that's it!  Fun!  Thanks as usual and I hope you enjoy!

Grandma 2011

Well, another treat box for Grandma for Sunday!  Well, she deserves it anyday!  I made home made bean soup with the hambone from Easter and brought her some with some Marie Callendar's cornbread!  She was so happy and amazed that I could cook!  I don't cook for anyone but my family and everyone loves to give me a hard time about it!  I love to pretend that I cannot cook - then no one asks me to!  I'm no dummy!  anyway - she was thrilled and it thrilled me beyond belief to bring it to her!  She's not in the best of health and I just love ,love love her!  And..I just love, love love doing things for her - It brings me incredible joy!  So...sorry for rambling!! - on to my card - I used my Cricut for the castle, flowers and box and....I used Some Odd girl image- I'm really falling in love with those images!  They are addicting!  I know I know what you're thinking - I'm addicted to everything - well, you're kinda right!  Anyway - thanks as usual for popping in and leave a little lovin in the comments!  Ta Ta for Now!!  Like Tigger says - TTFN!

A Quick Mom token!

 The challenge was to use an old Cart 3d style!  So, of course, you say cricut and 3d and I right away think Tags, Bag, etc  So, I used the popcorn box and cut a heart in the middle of the front.  I then attached a digi - Some Odd Girl and put Mom and a bow and Bam!  Another Mother's gift!  I love my Momma and love to shower her with "stuff"!!  So, here's to you Momma!

Free and Easy! And...use Ribbon and/or a Bow!

Ok - This is a challenge from my new Design Team at Amber's Crafts And Stuff.  The digi was a freebie from Whoopsi Daisy Digital Stamps.  You should check them out and submit an entry on both of these sites!  Go get your freebie from Whoopsi and enter it there and here - Just remember to used a ribbon/bow and make it free and easy!  Ironically, I cut the box out and the image was already printed - I thought - throw this stuff together - no stress - Free and Easy is what I'd call that!  i hope you enjoy!  I do like the way this box came out - it's almost like a pizza box I cut on my cricut with my Tags, Boxes, etc.  Unfortunately - this cart is discontinued but what a great cart!

Happy Birthday Rio!

So fun!  I just love Simply Betty Stamps - Rio is one of the cutest - I decided to make her holding a rose on a box with lips!  Too funny, eh?  I cut the box on my cricut and tied a bow -- I'm all about using what I have this month - I had a rose embellie I bot a long time ago and never seemed to use it - but as I was rummaging - I thought - Lightbulb (that's my idea going off over my head).  Anyway - I hope you like her - I do!

Bring on the Bling!

Bring on the Bling, Glitter and Glitz!  i used glitter glue, glitter paper, glitter stickers and ribbon!  I thought about using rhinestones also - and wonder....is it too much!!?!?!?  Well, I thought better and held off but now thinking I should've added it!  I do love this fairy and I love the sentiment - that's a sticker I got on clearance at Joann's - Joann Craft Essentials!  So fun!!  I thought it was very "springy-like" so I used it for Fantab Cricut!!

A Gift for You...
