This was another gift box!! I'm going to put jewelry and cards, etc in these boxes - i've mass produced them - well 7 or 8 - so I can use them as a gift - Iused the little Christmas bulb girl - used the outside the box technique using the nestability and a medium size bow/ribbon in red. The paper is DCWV. The box top is punched with the Fiskars edge punch. It adds a little some thing to the box itself!! Anyway - tomorrow's soccer so not sure I can post - I have lotsa stuff ready - just need to color - so......stay tuned!! and as always - leave a message - it makes me feel warm and fuzzy!!!
White with a pop of red!! I hope this qualifies - I also embossed on the mat. I used my cuttlebug and also my stamp pad to heat emboss! The santa is from the winter frolic cartridge!! I made a few of them when I was making some gift boxes!! I think he's cute. I hope it qualifies for a pop of white! Somtimes when you're trying to do all these challenges you get a little confused!! Well, this time I was - if you noticed my last card was orange and brown. I liked it and was gonna enter it in Ella's Challenge - well, that's a scrap challenge - so.....here we go again....anyway - another scrappage ready for my books - after the holidays- I'm gonna buckle down and scrap - I'm just adding to my prepared blanks!! getting close to 300 pages ready to go!!
Ok - another gingerbread posting - I like him - he's huge. It's like I blew him up!!! Well - I colored him - added some glitter glue on his hat - the challenge was brown and orange - so--I ran with it! You have to have a little red, yellow and green - but just a smidget!! The layout is a loose interpretation from Tuesday Morning, the colors from Ella's Scrap and the digi is from the Stamping Bazzar - I believe it was a freebie!! I love Freebies!! anyway - fun stuff!! Gotta get some more of my cards out - I don't wanna hold on to but a few!!!
This was the cutest image - I decided to add a little more gingerbread behind - I tried to stay with a little "untraditional colors". I think it's fun to change it up!! I colored the digi with my copics - added the sketch backgrounds - a $1 bin ribbon (of course) and a little sentiment. I don't think the gingerbread kids are liking it much but -- hey!! Well...let's just say Meljens welcomes winter along with a mojo kind of a sketch!! Get it - 3 challenges rolled into one!! I love the challenges and I love the challenge of trying to combine them. I went a little looney with the bling on this one- how many of em - like over a dozen. As a matter of fact, a bakers dozen!! I loved the sketch at Mojo Monday - I love to put a bit of a twist on this along with my other challenges. Thanks - my next challenge goal is gonna be to combine 4! Hmmmm....can she do it??? Silly, huh?
I've become the Challenge Combo Queen. This was made for a Critter Sketch and Bugaboo challenge!~! Critter Sketch had a sketch along with teal and purple. I used the teal on the mat, the card and her dress. The purple - everywhere!! In fact, it's hard to tell but my $1 ribbon from Michaels that says bloom is purple!! Fun!! Sometimes I buy ribbon and wonder (realistically) will I ever use this?? Not that that stops me from buying it - I just wonder!
