Really now - this week at Whimsy Stamps Challenge blog it's all about punches and dies!  So I decided to use one of Kathy's images - isn't this guy too cute?  You can find him here in the Whimsy Stamps Store!  Anyway, I used my EK Success punch on the border (clearance at Joanns - Woo Hoo!) and my Stampin Up punches! Oh!!  I almost forgot - I paperpieced my image!!  Too fun, eh?  I wanted a textured look on the mailbox!

I chose to use only one ribbon for the bow - the background is DCWV and plain pink cuttlebugged (the green is a scrap piece that I cut out leaves from my Stampin up punch - it left this negative so I put a darker piece of green behind it) - loved it!

Now, you have to admit - this sourpuss is too cute!   Gladys is a Dude Time Doodles image!  At first I thought - what will I do with her!  But it was so easy and so much fun to play with this image!!

Show us your favorite fairy tales!  This Little Bo Peep is from Meljens Designs Store.  What a dynamite sponsor!  They have awesome images.  I decided to use little Bo Peep and make an easel card with paper piecing - the sheep are pieced on there!!!  i love the sentiment.  I have this flower made from a Spellbinders floral die!  I think it came out cute as can be!  Now come join us and show us your fairy tales!!

Looks like fun - This is my post from Just Some Lines Blog!  I get to be at the helm this week!!  This week I decided to use Fairy Kyra for my card!  I broke my cuttlebug so I'm limited in some of my cutting so this is going to be simple - but simple is good, eh??  My new bug will be here in 2 days!!  yay me!!  Anyway, I love the Fairy images in the Just Some Lines store!  You really should check them out and hey!!  Don't forget to play along in our challenge!!

At my age......

I'm so loving Gus!!  is he too cute!  Catch the Bug is Anything Goes this Week!  I have a birthday (or so I thought) at work today!  As a matter of fact, we even ran to the "gluten free" bakery to get a cake -- come to find out my admin transposed the dates and his birthday is 7/3 not 3/7 - oh well, so I'm sure I can find a recipient for this card!  So....here's my card - simple but love it!!
