Wish

Is this little one the cutest image or what??  I love Karen's Doodles - she's got the best images!  First of all - go check 'em out here .  He's just adorable - I decided to use him for this challenge for a number of reasons!  He is one of the digis I printed and had in my stash, hence he's in my arsenal in the hospital room.  A bit limited but it's great because I've got so many printed!  I used scraps for the mats and cut the punched label in half with brads!  The Karen's Doodles Challenge Blog is "FRAME IT"  I thought I'd frame it in a couple ways - with a matting, and I pierced the mat - that's a double frame in my opinion - LOL!  I used a flourish and a ticket and done!  I love how my coloring came out - Maybe my daughter is right - I must like blue and green best - I noticed I have a tendency to use it a bunch!!

Easter Fairy Fluttering!

Ok - make it fancy and feminine!  I do believe this qualifies - It's girly, feminine, fancy bright, wow - that's a lot of adjectives!!  I tried to make this very fun!  I decided to go really fun because dog gone it - any fairy flying by that looks like this one deserves to be on a fun background!!  Nothing too serious for this lady!  I found the sentiment here at Deedee's digis and loved it!  The background is a striped glittery paper from DCWV.  I added the silly loops (cause we know this fairy has to be a bit loopy dressed like that) as a border - Martha Stewart has the best around the page borders, eh??  So,  I hope this put a smile on your face!

A Tisket A Tasket, a cute little Bunny Basket!

The old nursery song - A Tisket A Tasket a green and yellow basket - I wrote letter to my mom and on the way I lost it,....Ok - just be happy this is written form and not actually singing it!  Well, actually, when the music is up real loud - my voice is awesome.  I do believe it is the drowning of my voice that makes it better - but better it is!  Ha! Ha!  This digi from Karen's Doodles had so much detail - I loved it!  I decided to combine it with a sketch from Sweet Sketch - I find that combining with a Sketch takes some of the "thinking" out of it!
Hope you enjoy my card....

True Love

True Love can come in the form of true friendship - A lot of people think of your companion (spouse, etc)  Well, my bestie is a true love for me - we'd do anything for each other.  This made me think of her - we love to spend time on the lake during the summer  - well, we use boats and neither one of us is quite that size - but it still made me think of her.  I just thought it was a fun digi from Karen's Doodles.  I hope you enjoy it - one of the challenges was to show true love without words - well, I think this does it!!  Again, as usual - thanks for popping in....

Peek a Boo!

Ok - My 2 of my kids are grown adults (well, kinda) and the 3rd is 11.  I so miss these days!  My oldest is the boy - the younger both girls!  I miss the days of playing peek a boo and silly nursery games with them.  The challenge was glitter and a tag!  Two different challenges - so .... combining!!!!  This is one of Karen's Doodles.  Don't you love this little guy.  I used my nesties and my stampin up ballet blue ink - paper is dcwv and some su glitter and tag punch.  I am definitely a punch and nestie addict!!  I just can't get enough of em!!  Thanks for popping in to see my card and leave a warm comment!!!  It's cold outside!!!
